1. Payment Terms and Other Associated Costs
All fees are payable at the time of service.
2. Informed Consent for Examination and Treatment
A valid consent is taken before any treatment.
3. Appointment rescheduling and cancellations
Whether a patient wishes to reschedule or cancel their appointment, they should notify the clinic 24 hours before their appointment, otherwise cancellation fees may occur.
4. Email appointment reminders
We send an email reminder to our patients, if an email address has been supplied as part of their contact preferences.
5. Problems or urgent queries
In the case of problems or urgent queries, please call us on: 0208 103 9888 or send us an email on: info@archdental.co.uk. We will respond as soon as we can within our working time.
6. Treatment plan time frame
Treatment time frame is suggested not definite. During your visit we will discuss with you treatment plan and duration.
7. Complaints
Our aim is to provide a friendly service for all the family, with up-to-date advice and treatment. However, should you have any complaints, please
contact Dr Mirwais who will be able to deal with your complaint. A copy of our complaints procedure is displayed in Reception and is available on request. We constantly try to improve the service we offer, so we always encourage patients to let us know when we have done something well or if there are any suggestions as to how we can do something better. To facilitate this, Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires are available in Reception.
8. Health Insurance
Arch Dental accepts various insurance providers. It is the patient responsibility to pay the clinic first. We assist patients with relevant documentation if necessary.
