APPOINTMENTS

  1. CONSULTATION. The consultation involves a general discussion with a dentist where you can share your dental concerns and goals, meet and feel comfortable with your doctor. You may also be able to see previous cases of similar treatments to yours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please, give us at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure you have a nearer slot for a visit. If you do not do so we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

If you do not notify us 24 hours’ before your scheduled appointment, we will try to contact you and re-book you for a later date.  Charges may occur depending on circumstances and case. If you do not turn up at all without a notice and unless there were other circumstances which did not allow you to notify us on time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

TREATMENTS

You can call us and explain what your dental concern is, for instance if you are currently experiencing pain or you are looking for a cosmetic improvement. During the phone conversation, we will advise you whether you should have a an appropriate assessment consultation.

PAYMENT AND INSURANCE

We accept the following: VISA, MasterCard, Cash or Direct Debit Payment.

You can make a payment over the phone while booking your appointment or during your visit at the clinic. We also accept Insurance.

REFERRALS 

Yes. Please, ensure your patient consents to have her/his information shared with us prior to sending us his/hers information. You can refer a patient by calling or e-mailing us.
