Our patient membership plan is designed to spread the cost of your regular care and provide member benefits and reductions.

Our plan is designed for patients who attend the practice on a regular basis
and have peace of mind that their preventive dental care is covered.

It couldn’t be easier to join our Privilege Plan and a member of our team
will explain the following benefits in more detail:

Pure Plan members can save at least £23.00 a year on their regular appointments and much more when dental treatment is required

Pearl Plan members can save at least £29.00 a year on their regular appointments and much more when dental treatment is required

There is a once only £10.00 administration joining fee for all plans taken at your first monthly payment and then you pay a fixed monthly subscription to receive member benefits.

Is my personal information safe?

You can be sure both the practice team and the administrators of our plan, Privilege Plan Ltd, take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third parties and you will not receive unsolicited marketing literature for any associated financial products or services.

To keep you fully informed of our policies please note the following:

  • Your monthly payments will be taken on or around the 10th of each month by our administrators Privilege Plan Ltd and their name will appear on your bank statement
  • Your benefits will commence following your first monthly payment and your next routine appointment will be included as one of your plan entitlements
  • To join the Complete Care Plan or Premium Care Plan, your dentist will carry out an oral health score and you may be required to undertake a course of treatment before being accepted on the plan
  • You will not be asked to sign a contract and you may leave the plan at any time by contacting your bank or building society or directly with Privilege Plan Ltd on 01536 771219
  • If your Direct Debit payments fail, we may cancel your membership
  • Patients are responsible for making and attending appointments provided by the plan
  • Entitlements not used in any given period may not be carried forward or refunded
  • Your membership is continuous and does not require renewing each year
  • In the unlikely event of you cancelling your plan you may be required to pay for your last appointment, and we reserve the right to recover any reductions applied to treatment completed in the previous six-month period
